姜启川

姜启川 姜启川教授是吉林大学“材料加工工程”国家重点学科“铸造合金设计、改性及凝固”研究方向和吉林大学“汽车材料”教育部重点实验室“汽车材料强韧化及成型”研究方向的学术带头人。

基本情况

  姜启川教授是吉林大学“材料加工工程”国家重点学科“铸造合金设计、改性及凝固”研究方向和吉林大学“汽车材料”教育部重点实验室“汽车材料强韧化及成型”研究方向的学术带头人。1982年毕业于原吉林工业大学,获工学硕士学位;1987年破格评为副教授;1992年评为教授;1994~1995年作为高级访问学者,在加拿大McMaster大学材料科学与工程系进行合作研究与学术交流;1996年评为博士研究生导师;1994年享受政府特殊津贴;1998年评为吉林省有突出贡献的中青年专业技术人才;2002和2005年评为吉林省省管优秀专家;2003年被评为全国宝钢优秀教师奖;2005年评为吉林省高级专家;2007年获得全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师荣誉称号。

  姜启川教授亲自撰写“材料加工工程”国家重点学科建设总结报告,通过国家重点学科评估(2007)。

  在2003-2007年作为项目负责人承担了国家自然基金重点、面上,国家计委重点攻关,国家科技部“863”计划、973预研,吉林省科技厅项目11项,国家拨款总经费:1238万元,其中已完成8项。发表被SCI收录论文62篇;被SCI收录论文引用272次,其中SCI他引146次,自引126次;作为第一发明人获发明专利10项,其中“热作模具钢”发明专利在一汽铸造有限公司铸造模具设备厂实施,2005-2007经济效益:模具产值,17460.98万元,模具利润,1867万元,创收外汇,5989.78万元(见效益证明);“微合金化高强度灰铸铁”发明专利,2005-2007年在一汽铸造有限公司铸造一厂实施,实现进口缸体国产化生产,取消贵重的Mo元素,节约成本370多万元(见效益证明)。

  2003.1-2007.12作为第一发明人获发明专利10项。其中“热作模具钢”发明专利在一汽铸造有限公司铸造模具设备厂实施,2005-2007获得十分显著的经济效益:模具产值:17460.98万元,模具利润:1867万元,创收外汇:5989.78万元(详见经济效益证明);“微合金化高强度灰铸铁”发明专利,2005-2007年在一汽铸造有限公司铸造一厂实施,实现进口道依茨缸体国产化生产,取消贵重的Mo元素,节约成本370多万元(详见经济效益证明)。同时,一汽生产的载重量40吨以上的大马力载重汽车的发动机缸体均用该发明“微合金化高强度灰铸铁”生产,尤其是一汽自主开发的载重量100吨的大马力载重汽车的发动机缸体采用该发明高强度灰铸铁。2008年一汽铸造有限公司铸造一厂计划大约生产30000个缸体,经济效益更加显著。
